At the 124th Congress of the German Ophthalmological Society (DOG), ESCRS is offering a timely Focus Session on important initiatives in standardization and quality assurance in cataract and refractive surgery. Under the guidance of Thomas Kohnen (Frankfurt) and Burkhard Dick (Bochum), prominent ophthalmological personalities from Europe will present updates on international consensus projects and ESCRS guidelines. The focus is on clear standards to improve outcomes and patient care worldwide.
Four important topics will be highlighted in the Focus Session:
