    Abstract submissions (500 words) for papers and/or posters All abstracts must have a Consultant’s name on these including Optometry submissions. Notification of acceptance will be sent by email 8 weeks prior to the meeting date. Please note that prior to submission, data should be complete and have consultant approval. PDF’s of accepted posters must be sent two weeks prior to the meeting. If posters are withdrawn after acceptance there will be a charge of £30.00 for the hire of the poster board. Final presentations must be on power point and submitted one week prior.
