The African Ophthalmology Council is the congress for all ophthalmologists, optometrists and all allied eye health professionals. With the theme “The African Opportunity: Be it. Find it. Seize it.”, the congress aims to explore the various opportunities available in Africa to push the boundaries of ophthalmic knowledge, improve the lives of those suffering from vision loss, and ensure the everyone has access to the quality eye care.
