Deadlines
Abstract 15.07.2019 | Hinweis VuExplorer Institute is organizing 2 special awards for the best Free Paper and Poster
presented on October 4th, 2019 during the Ophthalmic Imaging congress.
1. Condition of participation:
Any attendee who will attend the Congress, can submit an abstract to VuExplorer Institute.
Free Paper / Poster Authors will get a special price to register.
2. Abstracts’ Topic:
Proposals for abstract will be selected on the imaging criteria, on all topics of the congress.
3. Presentation and formatting:
All abstracts have to be sent to VuExplorer Institute with a summary in English which will not
exceed 200 words to contact@vuexplorer.com before July 15th, 2019; with the following
information:
- the presentation title
- the author first name, last name, city and country
- the type of presentation:
1. Poster only
2. Poster or Oral Presentation
3. Oral Presentation only
- Poster in English
The printing format is: portrait A0 size = 84.1cm wide on 118.9cm height.
The poster will be given at the reception desk on your arrival at the congress. It will then be
displayed on specific panels.
- Free Paper in English
Widescreen (16:9) power point presentation. Duration of 3 to 4 minutes maximum.
The presentation must be delivered in the Preview room on your arrival at the congress (plan
your arrival early if your presentation will start at the beginning of the session).
The Free Papers Programme will be established end of August 2019.
4. Selection and presentation:
The abstract selection will be made by VuExplorer Institute on many criteria : didactic interest,
originality, scientific progress or aesthetic.
5. Best Presentation Award:
This prize for the best presentation will reward the most didactic or most relevant clinical case
which will be chaired by the Award committee.
For the 2019 edition of the Congress, there will be 2 awards: one award for Ophthalmologist
and 1 for Technicians (Orthoptist, Nurse, Ophthalmic photographer…). |
