Hinweis:
Abstract submissions (500 words) for papers and/or posters should be forwarded by email to alisonsimpson2@nhs.net no later than Friday 26 June 2020. All abstracts must have a Consultant’s name on these including Optometry submissions. Notification of acceptance will be sent by email 8 weeks prior to the meeting date. (Telephone enquiries 01382 632713).

Please note that prior to submission, data should be complete and have consultant approval. PDF’s of accepted posters must be sent two weeks prior to the meeting. If posters are withdrawn after acceptance there will be a charge of £30.00 for the hire of the poster board. Final presentations must be on power point and submitted one week prior to the meeting to jamestalbot@nhs.net
